The Mottram plus extension is compliant with all the latest UK building regulations and is used mainly to create a smooth entryway between your home and extension. The Mottram plus Extension is an elegantly styled glass roofed building and allows for a significant increase in living space, natural light, sound insulation, heat insulation and security levels! The Mottram plus is installed with built-in Loggia columns alongside the window frames; a system which has proved to be five times more thermally efficient than brick columns!
Featuring LivinLIGHT & LivinROOM Pelmet
The Mottram plus extension features the LivinROOM Pelmet which is an internal pelmet placed around the perimeter and adds to the possibilities for decorative ideas and mood lighting. It also features LivinLIGHT which permits the installation of a centre ceiling underneath the cladding of a glazed roof. As a result you can install a variety of different lights including spotlights, rail lights and chandeliers! Usually it is not possible to install lights in such spaces so if you want your Mottram plus extension feeling cosy with the perfect lighting; LivinLIGHT is the solution for you.
